Privacy Policy — Maison Funding

Last updated: 27/07/2026

1. Who we are

This policy applies to the website maison-funding.com, published by Maison Funding.

Data protection contact: support@maison-funding.com

2. Scope

This policy covers this website only.

The client area and the evaluation platform (dashboard.maison-funding.com) are operated by Prop Account, LLC. Any personal data you provide when subscribing, trading an evaluation or requesting a payout is processed on that platform, under Prop Account's own terms and privacy policy: https://dashboardanalytix.com/client-terms-and-policies/

3. What we collect on this website

The website has no registration form, no user account, no newsletter, no comment section and no advertising tracker.

We do measure how the website is used, in an anonymous way. For each page view, and each click on a link taking you to our application platform, we record:

  • the date and time;
  • the type of event (page view, or click through to the application platform);
  • the page address on our own site;
  • the display language;
  • the country, as provided by our hosting network;
  • whether the device is a mobile or a desktop;
  • the domain name you came from, if any (for example a search engine), never the full address.
  • an anonymous fingerprint of your visit, explained in the paragraph below.

We never store your IP address. So that we can count visitors and not only page views, our server combines, in memory, your IP address, your browser's technical signature and a secret value that changes every day, and keeps only the one-way fingerprint that results. The IP address itself is never written anywhere, and the fingerprint cannot be turned back into it. Because the secret changes every day, the same visitor produces a different fingerprint the next day: we can tell how many distinct visitors we had on a given day, and nothing beyond that. We never place any identifier on your device, we never write anything to your device for measurement purposes, and we never store your browser's full technical signature. These statistics cannot tell us who you are, follow you from one day to the next, or follow you from one website to another.

These measurements are carried out by our own tool, on our own infrastructure, hosted in the European Union. They are never shared with, sold to, or combined with any third party. We use no third-party analytics service of any kind.

If you contact us by email, we process your email address and the content of your message for the sole purpose of answering you.

4. Cookies

This website uses one functional cookie, NEXT_LOCALE, which stores the display language you are browsing in. It is strictly necessary to deliver the site in the right language and is not used for advertising, profiling or measurement.

Our audience measurement places no cookie at all and stores nothing on your device.

No analytics, advertising or social media cookies are placed. Fonts are served from our own domain, so no request is made to a third-party font provider when you browse.

Our hosting provider may set strictly necessary cookies for security and availability purposes.

Further detail is available in our Cookie Policy.

5. Legal bases

Audience measurement: our legitimate interest in knowing whether our website is read and useful (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Because the measurement neither reads nor writes any information on your device, it does not fall within the scope of Article 82 of the French Data Protection Act, and no consent banner is required.

Answering a message you send us: performance of pre-contractual or contractual steps, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Article 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Functional language cookie: our legitimate interest in delivering the site correctly; it is exempt from consent as a strictly necessary cookie.

6. Recipients

We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for marketing purposes.

Data may be accessible to: our hosting and email routing provider (Cloudflare, Inc.), our email provider (Google LLC), and Prop Account, LLC for anything relating to evaluations, funded accounts or payouts.

The audience measurement data is stored in a database located in the European Union and is accessible to us alone.

7. Transfers outside the European Union

Some of these providers are established in the United States. Such transfers are covered by the appropriate safeguards provided for in Chapter V of the GDPR (standard contractual clauses and/or an adequacy framework).

Our audience measurement data does not leave the European Union.

8. Retention

Audience measurement data: kept for a maximum of 13 months, then deleted.

Email correspondence: 3 years from the last exchange.

Functional language cookie: up to 12 months.

9. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase and port your data, to object to processing and to request its restriction. You may exercise these rights at support@maison-funding.com.

Please note that our audience measurement records no name, no email address and no IP address — only a one-way fingerprint that changes every day and that we cannot reverse. Unless you are able to supply that fingerprint yourself, we cannot link a statistic to a person, and therefore cannot retrieve or delete "your" data from it. In every case these records are deleted after 13 months at the most.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the CNIL (Commission Nationale de l'Informatique et des Libertés), 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07, France — www.cnil.fr.

For data processed on the client area or the evaluation platform, requests should be addressed to Prop Account, LLC; we will forward any request we receive.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The version in force is the one published on this page, with its date.
